Development Path
15 kg development lots help buyers approve shade fit. Production lots are 30, 60, 120, 240, 480, 960, 1920 kg, with consistent mergeable lots combined for larger orders. Typical cone size is 2 kg.
- Sample/lab dip timing is typically 3-7 days, subject to yarn, shade complexity, treatment, and sample clarity.
- Repeat shade-number programs can be discussed once the approved standard is clear.
- Repeat lots are planned around the approved shade standard.
